My Seattle paintings evolved from my Panama paintings, into a form resembling color field paintings, which in turn has evolved into something else altogether.  I enjoy working in this style, without form to the imagery, and using only color and design to try and create something visually beautiful. Over time, I began populating the canvas with objects again, but I still incorporate an element of “color field” painting (usually the background of my paintings now).
